Khan is a crook and his nonsense ULEZ is a scam to thieve money from the road user whilst polluting the air with his poisonous TFL underground system. It has been proven to be a scam and Khan’s underground trains are known to emit 50-70 % more pollution than the most polluting road user for most of the day. If people cannot understand what Khan is up to, then maybe they should start looking into Khan’s background.
