Honda CR-V Hybrid Review

Have we reached ‘peak’ CR-V, or was that back with the second gen?

We owned a second-generation Honda CR-V for over decade and there must be a very good reason we kept it that long. Although there isn’t any single cause for keeping it that I can recall, potentially it was more a case of… well there was no reason to replace it. And that’s from someone that drove the latest and newest family SUVs throughout that tenure.

Lamborghini Countach Vs Countach

2021 limited edition or 1971 Icon

So what do I think of the ‘new’ Lamborghini Countach, which is actually just a limited edition final hurrah of the Aventador (or the Sian based on the Aventador). It’s cool, beautiful and will be better in every possible way than the iconic legendary original – a flawed but brilliant standard-bearer for the ultimate poster supercar. Will it detract from the myth of the original? Nah.

Ford Puma ST Review

The Puma ST makes more sense than it should, but does logic dictate you should get one?

The Ford Puma ST can be thought of as a more family-friendly version of the pocket-rocket Ford Fiesta ST – just about the best small hot hatch you can currently buy. That bodes well doesn’t it? Nissan Leaf or VW Golf – which will get you further for £50? [EV Vs Petrol]

Where in the world can you get the most miles per pennies?

Fast & Furious 9 Review [Spoiler Alert]

‘Cars in Space’ or ‘Dumb & Dumber on Wheels’ – pick your title, but whatever you do, DON’T miss it!

So last weekend I saw the latest instalment of the Fast and Furious franchise – Fast and Furious 9-  Cars in Space. I don’t think it’s really called that, in fact I think it’s The Fast Saga, but it should be called Cars in Space. So have I just let slip a spoiler? Probably not if you’ve seen the trailer or if you’ve actually seen the movie of course.

But in any case – I’ll give you a big warning right now, this is one of those rare occasions I will tell you NOT to read on or watch the embedded video, if you haven’t seen the movie or even the trailer (which mostly tells you everything anyway), because there are going to be huge spoilers ahead. On the other hand if you have seen it, or just don’t care, then here’s what I thought of the newest car movie out, which you can actually see now that – Thank God – the cinemas are open again.
