Bond saves the World [Again]
In the latest 007 movie, Bond says: “if we don’t do this now, there will be nothing left to save”. I wonder if he was talking about the environment and referring to his preference for thirsty old Aston Martins – and the fact that now, he could have it converted to electric.
Admittedly Bond’s car is a DB5, but Lunaz Design, of which one of the investors is David Beckham, converts classic British motoring icons, like Rolls-Royce and Bentley saloons, to electric. And they’ll happily do a DB5 or two but it will need a large slice of Q Department’s budget as the price tag is well in excess of £1m. So tell me – do you think Bond should go electric?
