Honda’s First Electric SUV Shares Platform With GMC HUMMER!! Meet the Prologue 😲
Honda Prologue: Designed in Los Angeles, this is Honda’s first electric SUV. The Prologue will go on sale in North America in 2024.
It’s a joint venture with General Motors and will sit on GM’s Ultium platform. The platform is also used by the Cadillac Lyriq, Chevrolet Blazer and GMC Hummer. Exterior and Interior styling is described as ‘Neo-Rugged’. It has a panoramic roof and 21-inch wheels. It’s about 20cm longer and 13cm wider than the CR-V. No official details on powertrain have been released yet. Expect it to be similar to Blazer with a 320 mile range, 557bhp, AWD and 0-60mph in under 4 seconds! Honda will introduce 30 EV models globally by 2030. It will be 100% zero-emission by 2040.
