Chevrolet has finally revealed the much-anticipated first ever mid-engined Corvette that aims to compete with the likes of the Lamborghini Huracan, Ferrari F8 Tributo, McLaren 720S and Honda/Acura NSX.

Looks sensational from front three-quarters and especially rear three-quarters, loses some of the rakishness in profile. Sweet interior and 6.2-litre V8 with nearly 500bhp for a 0-60 time of under three seconds. Is that Vette enough? It is for me. Awesome!
