Driver Power from Auto Express is the UK’s version of JD Power brand satisfaction surveys in the States. It basically canvasses actual owners and buyers for real-world results on car buying and car ownership and sums them up in overall ratings and scores. Unsurprisingly the Japanese car brands dominate. Except they nearly didn’t this year!

#FlashBackFriday to about 8 years ago when I was producing the Middle East edition of Car magazine (at ITP Media Group in Dubai) and things didn’t quite go to plan.
It’s freezing outside, the worst time to be going out car buying right? Well actually it’s the best time to be getting bargains. But the wonders of the internet mean I’m doing my Friday Fantasy shopping snuggled up in my dressing gown.
