Life is shit, and then you die… Okay, that could sum up this movie, but life is also about understanding, overcoming, accepting and coming to terms with the shit it throws at you. 
I hardly ever watch Bollywood movies anymore, but this was well worth breaking the rule for.

A San Francisco cable car holds 60 people. This blog was viewed about 2,000 times in 2014. If it were a cable car, it would take about 33 trips to carry that many people.
The trailer looked pretty slick, and Brad Pitts presence gave it instant credibility, but World War Z is pretty much Will Smith’s I am Legend, meets Tom Cruise’s War of the Worlds.
Which still makes it eminently watchable, but be in no doubt, it’s just another zombie movie, albeit filmed with a big budget.
Spoilers ahead – well Superman’s been spoilt for me, so why should you be saved? And you wouldn’t be, not by THIS Superman.
Wouldn’t it have been cooler if instead of a stereotypical English-accented villain, Kirk and co had to contend with a super-powered brown guy which, without wanting to give too much away, technically they should have, in the new movie, Star Trek – Into Darkness?

Iron Man, or rather Tony Stark appears to go all Die Hard in the third movie, not DH 3, 4 and 5, but 1 and 2 – the good ones.
While I’m at it, thought I’d write up my thoughts on two more films I managed to catch up on recently, both from my favourite genre – science-fiction.
