Cars as Superheroes

In 2010 CAR Middle East Magazine COTY winners were represented as superheroes

#FlashBackFriday to when I was editing the CAR Middle East franchise in Dubai (2006-2011) and decided to present the Car of the Year winners as Superhero personas, working closely with artist Ashraf Ghori to come up with the characters. Most of them are highly derivative, but they worked well both visually and editorially to help give the cars personality. Nine years on, I still find these pages really cool. Hope you like them!
