Checking out the new ‘affordable’ EV concept from Volkswagen

Volkswagen is churning out electric cars right now. And it helps that they have their modular electric drive matrix platform – dubbed MEB, on which they can pretty much put any body. So the latest car they have showcased, which is a concept car for now, is said to indicate what their small and affordable family electric car might be like. This is called the ID. Life. Now when we say affordable, they’re not joking, They’re talking about a 20,000 Euro price – about £17,000.

Jaguar E-Pace 300E Review

Little cub is reborn and chargeD up!

This may look familiar, in fact you may be questioning how it’s any different to when the Jaguar E-Pace was first introduced as the British luxury car maker’s baby SUV just four years ago. There’s a new grille and revised bumpers and inside the latest generation infotainment and a new gear lever. Underneath however, it is all-new. Well that is to say it adopts the Range Rover Evoque’s platform, that’s been designed to accommodated a hybrid drivetrain.
