McLaren need to stop churning out supercars so quickly – here’s another one since I wrote that
McLaren has revealed the 765LT, another extension to extensive line-up of supercars. This features 765bhp and 800Nm of torque from its twin-turbo V8, and is capable of accelerating from 0-62mph in 2.8 seconds, and 0-124mph (200kph) in 7.2 seconds.

I’m so excited! According to a report in Autocar magazine, there will be a new Lotus Esprit – in 2021. With V6 hybrid power – from Toyota? The Esprit ran from 1976 to 2004, it’s my all-time favourite car, and we were last teased with the chance of an all-new Esprit 10 years ago when Lotus showed a raft of new concepts at the 2010 Paris Motor Show, including the Esprit – none of those happened. But this time it could be different. I’ll tell you why.
I loved the London Classic Car Show that I attended for the first time last year, when it was held at the Excel centre, so obviously I just had to go and check out this year’s edition.

Lotus has released images and video of the new manufacturing facility where it will build the Evija full electric 2000bhp hypercar, which will soon being final prototype production, with customer deliveries expected in the summer.

You know, rich people don’t just rock up to luxury car showrooms with a briefcase full of money to buy the latest, most expensive exotica – well actually some do – but most need finance just like you and me. JBR Capital specialises in high-end vehicle financing and has revealed a few interesting trends from 2019.
Ferrari has dropped an all-new car, privately launching it at a client event in Rome – and it had to be Italy’s storied capital because the car itself is named Roma. But breathe a sigh of relief as the latest car to wear a Prancing Horse badged and which is not a direct replacement of edition of an existing model in its illustrious range is not an SUV. At least not yet!
