Some days in this job make you grin like a kid who has just found the secret stash of sweets hidden away for Eid. My visit to the Toyota Media Experience Centre in Crawley did exactly that. I walked in expecting a few classics tucked into a corner. What I found was a warehouse of wonders containing everything from a Lexus LFA to an Corona time capsule to a Prius that survived a cross continental rally.

Lexus Goes Manga!

Incredible new comic book artwork by Lexus UK takes me down memory lane

Lexus in the UK has commissioned these amazing pieces of artwork inspired by Japanese-style Manga comic books. They include Lexus cars fleeing a fire-breathing dragon, pausing on a tranquil seashore and escaping from an exploding city. One of the images in particular caught my eye, reminding me of something remarkably similar that I featured eight years ago, when I was editor of the Middle East edition of Car Magazine.
