The father of the McLaren F1, Gordan Murray’s futurist concept is a single-seat EV autonomous pod-like tiny car – what do you make of this? Clever or naff? Meanwhile electric cars are a kind of ‘nightmare’ for 51% of parents who regularly take their small children out in a car to put them to sleep. It doesn’t work as well in silent EVs, so Nissan has come up with the ‘Dream Drive Lullaby’.

I’ve been checking out the magnificent beast that is the new 2021 Cadillac Escalade online – it’s gargantuan, futuristic and pretty awesome. I love it and would love to do a review. I’ve driven previous versions and it reminded me of an amazing gangster / heist / secret rendezvous mini movie we produced back in 2016 with the Escalade for Cadillac Middle East when I was at Motoring Middle East.
