2022 Bromley Pageant of Motoring

Took the BCG BMW E30 to the amazing Bromley Pageant of Motoring at Norman Park in Bromley where it’s been held for 40 years, although it the last couple of years were missed due to the pandemic. It’s now back, bigger and better than ever, complete with One Make Parking (where I displayed the E30), car clubs, a packed trade area, autojumble, live action arena including The Tigers Motorcycle Display Team, the smallest car in the world and more, together with a funfair and inflatables. Classic Indian Royal Rides at the London Concours of Elegance

Two very special vintage cars with very royal and historic Indian connections

At the world-renowned Concours of Elegance held at Hampton Court Palace over the weekend, two of the spectacular array of exquisite vintage and classic cars stood out for their unique connection to India. One was a one hundred year-old Rolls-Royce heavily modified by the flamboyant Maharaja Sir Bhupindra Singh, the other a rare 1904 Napier L49 sold to the then richest man in the world, the Nizam of Hyderabad.
