With those opposing the ULEZ Expansion pinning their hopes on the next Mayoral election – this latest YouGov poll doesn’t bode well and sends out a dire warning that not enough has been done to alert and educate Londoners about the harmful socio-economic effects of the ULEZ Expansion.
The Conservative Party has just finalised its shortlist of three finalists trying to get the party’s nomination for the Mayoral election next year (2 May 2024). The winning candidate will be announced on 19 July after a series of hustings and ballot of party members. I thought I’d take this moment to take a look at all the major known current candidates we have vying for the position of the next Mayor of London, and where they stand on ULEZ.
