I was invited by Motul to take my classic 1989 BMW 325i (E30) to the historic Shelley Walsh Hill Climb to take part in the Driver School – find out what the experience was like, what time I did in my car, and if I managed to get quicker during the day. Plus a genuine Shelby Cobra that has also appeared in a film with Elvis Presley and a chat with 2014 FIM World Superbike Champion, Sylvain Guintoli who did the hill in his personal McLaren supercar.

Electric Cars are Not the Answer

but a Unique Racing Toyota Corolla could be!

Electric cars are not the answer to our future transpor requirements according to the world’s biggest car maker. They have an alternative, in the form of a racing Toyota Corolla with a conventional engine that’s powered by hydrogen. Unlike most manufacturers, Toyota are not jumping on the EV bandwagon. And there’s clear reasoning for it. I look at the evidence and the pros and cons of a future not wholly dependent on electric cars.
