Car Ownership Booming Among 17-24 Year Olds

Right, so you might remember that I made a couple of videos in the last few months about how the next generation, younger people, are not getting into motoring as much as our generation did. And I’ve been quite fair in saying that, considering the cost and everything involved in the process, it does make perfect sense. But hold on, because there’s some new evidence that’s just come to light, thanks to Auto Trader, that might make me rethink that stance. Either I jumped to that conclusion too quickly, or maybe things are changing.

London Mayor Reelection

Disaster for Car Culture & Local Economies

I didn’t want to make this video. I hoped I wouldn’t need to. But several people have asked for my response to the potentially catastrophic London 2nd May 2024 Mayoral election result for any Londoners that own and drive cars. What do I think of what happened? What do have to say about it? It’s in this video. I’ll say it now and that will be the end of it. The fight for motorists’ rights failed and failed miserably. This is democracy. The results have to be accepted.
