Everything Electric is the new show held at ExCel London by the Fully Charged Show, which opened on Thursday 28 March 2024 running to 30 March. Here’s my live walkaround video when I first got to the event on day 1, completely unfiltered and unedited. Apologies for the sound, it was filmed straight off the phone camera and there was a lot of ambient noise.
This stunning brown British classic sportscar looks like it’s time-warped in from the 1960s or 70s. Well, it certainly may have originated from that period, but this is essentially a new car, or rather what is popularly known as a ‘restomod’.

Absolutely loved the Lancia Aurelia B20GT ‘Outlaw’ hot-rod style Bracca-spec car, made by Thornley Kelham of the Cotswolds and displayed at the 2021 Concours of Elegance at Hampton Court Palace. At first glance it’s an American-inspired chop-top hot-road restomod, but in fact there’s a back-story that proves, this is how one car actually was back in the day. It’s also the first dedicated electric car from Ford rather than the ‘electric version’ of a regular combustion-engined car. Plus the first electric car to bear the name ‘Mustang’ (though one suspects not the last) and the first time an electric car has adopted the alias and, to some extent, assumed the persona of a muscle car. Which, if you think about it, should essentially be its absolute antithesis, arch-nemesis even!
