Changing words like ‘fat’, ‘ugly’, ‘black’ in Roald Dahl’s classic children’s book is ridiculous. What are we saying about society today, and what are we doing to our children? I couldn’t resist a rant on this.
#FlashBackFriday – Some of our most popular vides on the Motoring Middle East YouTube channel were when we just went out to search for interesting cars abandoned or for sale at random. This was a popular video when I went to then new (2016) Sharjah used car complex and managed to find a couple of Opel GTs, a 2CV and even a Lamborghini Urraco along with some other classics. I did a Facebook live (incorporated into this video) at the time, and I believe that was ripped and circulated going viral in the Middle East and South East for a while. I loved the London Classic Car Show that I attended for the first time last year, when it was held at the Excel centre, so obviously I just had to go and check out this year’s edition.
