2023 Nissan Ariya Review

Second Full EV from Japanese Electric Car Pioneer

The Nissan Leaf, launched back in 2010, marked Nissan out as one of the major pioneers in real-world electric cars, particularly as a mainstream manufacturer. And it’s since become one of the world’s best-selling EVs, with around 600,000 sold in the dozen years it’s been around. Its air-cooled battery packs have become highly sought-after for everything from home power-reserve banks to conversions of classic cars to electric.

18 Jun 2022 – Ford Mustang Long Term Test – Report 7 – FINAL REPORT!

The Ford Mustang has left the building. Okay it was never actually IN the building, it was in the car park outside, and if you’ve recognised that I’ve borrowed that from the famous line ‘Elvis has left the building’ it is of course, very deliberate. Because the gaping whole it’s left in its wake, does indeed feel like space vacated by the presence of a true rock star. Big, brash, the great sounds it made, the sheer magnetism and the charisma of the Mustang, are perfect analogies to the King of Rock and Roll.

Toyota Yaris Cross Review

It’s the little Yaris for grown ups!

This is the Toyota Yaris Cross, which is more than just a jacked-up Yaris, but less than an actual SUV, more crossover and hence ‘Cross’. It may look very different and certainly feels bigger, but it’s actually built on the same platform as the current Yaris, but then so is the Prius. It doesn’t lack presence, particularly in the Bi-tone brass gold of the test car. The styling is quite angular, with a surprisingly blunt and somewhat aggressive front end.
