Things just got weird. I’m not talking about Trump being back in the White House – although that’s certainly part of it – nor am I referring to the world’s richest man doing a Nazi salute on stage and seemingly modelling himself on Moonraker villain Hugo Drax (because let’s face it, that’s exactly who he’s emulating, isn’t he?). No, I’m talking about the phrase “never the twain shall meet” being exposed as a complete falsehood. The twain are meeting, intertwining, and connecting on multiple levels. Let’s take a look at the generational gap that’s apparently no gap at all. Shockingly, the young and old are sharing surprisingly similar frustrations about the politics of the day.

A New Automotive World Order is Emerging with its Epicentre in the East
The car industry as we know it is dying. Not slowly, not gracefully, but choking on its own fumes and grinding its gears to a halt. Legacy carmakers, once mighty titans of the road, are now resembling flailing dinosaurs, desperately stomping around, clueless as to what to do about the massive asteroid darkening their skies and hurtling toward them.
The recent resignation of Treasury Minister Tulip Siddiq, amid corruption allegations linked to Bangladesh, has led to significant changes within the UK Treasury. Siddiq’s departure has paved the way for Torsten Bell, a prominent economist and co-author of the Ending Stagnation Report, to assume a key role in shaping the nation’s economic policies.
The clock is ticking, folks. In just a few short years, the UK will see the end of new petrol and diesel new car sales. With the 2030 deadline back on the table – thanks to Labour reinstating the original plan. While hybrids might stick around a little longer, those glorious, pure petrol-powered machines we love are slowly disappearing from showrooms.
Let’s get one thing absolutely clear; the grooming and exploitation of women, girls, and children is an unconscionable crime that no society can tolerate. As a Muslim, I unequivocally denounce such heinous acts. Islam, like all major religions, holds the sanctity and protection of the vulnerable as paramount. The Quran condemns injustice and exploitation, and under Sharia law, those who perpetrate such crimes would face the most severe punishments.

Scotland, oh beautiful Scotland – home to some of the world’s most breathtaking driving roads. It’s where the tarmac winds through valleys and over hills, offering an exhilarating experience to anyone behind the wheel. But now, a blanket 50mph speed limit is being proposed for all single carriageways, and quite frankly, it’s a bit of a slap in the face for those of us who truly cherish the joy of driving.
