Toyota told me they had “a few old cars in storage.” They forgot to mention the LFA, mint MR2s, a rally-beaten Prius and a £777 Toyota Corona hidden behind a curtain.

I spent a full day inside Toyota UK’s secret heritage fleet and it turned out to be one of the most astonishing collections I have ever seen. This is not a museum. This is a living archive of icons, oddballs, prototypes and pure automotive mischief.

From the tattooed Lexus UX to the turbocharged mid-engined Aygo to the actual Top Gear Arctic Hilux, the surprises never stopped coming. And yes, the Century V12 still feels like royalty gliding past your shin bones.

This was one of those rare days that remind me why I fell in love with cars in the first place.
