Why I Never Read or Watch Car Reviews!

I’ve got a confession: I don’t read car reviews. I don’t watch car reviews. I never have.

Not because I think other journalists and creators are rubbish (though… sometimes they are 😉). But because I refuse to let my verdict be influenced by someone else’s.

Here’s the problem: car journalism often becomes an echo chamber. Veterans set the tone, newcomers repeat it, and suddenly every review of a family hatchback is talking about “plough-on understeer” as if you’re about to take the kids on a track day.

That’s not what you come to me for.

My reviews are about one thing: helping you answer the vital question – is this the right car, for the right person, at the right time, at the right price?

That’s the difference between chasing approval from other journos… and actually writing for you.
